The Franchise Centre Creation Fee is ₹50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand only).

This fee covers:

• Creation of a dedicated franchise centre profile and onboarding
• Access to the Vidyaantar CRM/portal
• Basic operational and admissions training
• Listing and integration of partner institutions and courses
• Support and guidelines for centre setup

This fee does not include expenses related to physical infrastructure, staffing, marketing, licence renewals, statutory fees, or any government or regulatory compliance.

The franchise creation fee must be paid upfront prior to onboarding.
All payments must be made only through authorised payment channels available on the Vidyaantar website.
Applicable taxes, if any, will be charged extra.

Vidyaantar reserves the sole right to approve or reject any franchise application.
Approval is subject to:

• Submission of complete and valid documentation
• Successful background verification and business intent review
• Compliance with Vidyaantar’s brand, ethical, and operational standards

All logos, trademarks, designs, content, software, and marketing materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Vidyaantar.
Franchise partners may use Vidyaantar branding only as expressly authorised.
Any unauthorised or improper use of branding will result in immediate termination of franchise rights without refund.

Vidyaantar may terminate franchise rights if:

• The franchise centre violates compliance, operational, or ethical standards
• Fraudulent, misleading, or unethical practices are identified
• Payments or renewals are delayed beyond permitted timelines
• Brand misuse, student misrepresentation, or student-related fraud occurs

Vidyaantar acts solely as a platform facilitating admissions between students and partner institutions.
Vidyaantar does not guarantee admissions, enrolments, revenue, or market performance, and does not control or fix commission structures of universities or institutions.

The ₹50,000 Franchise Centre Creation Fee is non-refundable once the franchise application is approved and onboarding has commenced.

If an application is rejected before onboarding begins, Vidyaantar may, at its sole discretion, refund the amount after deducting applicable administrative and processing charges.

No refunds shall be issued if:

• The franchise is terminated due to violations, misconduct, or non-compliance
• Branding misuse or fraudulent activity is detected
• Operational or ethical standards are breached

Refund decisions made by Vidyaantar shall be final and binding.

All franchise partner and student data collected by Vidyaantar shall be handled in accordance with Vidyaantar’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Vidyaantar ensures reasonable security measures for data stored within its systems.
However, Vidyaantar shall not be held responsible for:

• Losses arising from the franchisee’s operational decisions
• Market fluctuations, admissions outcomes, or revenue expectations
• Failures or disruptions caused by third-party systems or services

By proceeding with the franchise application, the franchise partner agrees to the collection, storage, and use of data strictly for operational, administrative, and compliance purposes.
